Finally someone wrote a book for all of us. It translates beautifully through all genders, cultures, backgrounds, races, sexual orientation and ages. She speaks so eloquently to those who have been wounded. Reading this made me feel as if she were right with me, walking me through every step to mending a broken heart. As a therapist , I have worked through countless individuals. So many of Ruby's suggestions are similar to those I might offer to clients, however coming from someone who is not their therapist, might make these interventions more accessible and take away some of the "professional distance" many clients may experience. I plan to use this amazing tool for myself and for my clients. Well done Ruby! Thank you for your lovely invention!
